Thompson Wentworth is a leading provider of property and project management services to landlords and unit developers. Our current business operations include $200M of assets under management and 6,000 financial transactions per month. The majority of our property management staff are qualified in areas of property valuation, law, accountancy, property management and engineering.

We use leading technology to manage our clients’ legal and financial obligations to tenants and third parties. Our clients receive comprehensive income and expenditure reports on a monthly basis. Income is paid via a Trust Account specifically established for each client.

Our property management services include:-

• Management of lease documentation including rent reviews and renewals.
• Financial management of rent payments and outgoings.
• Project management of building upgrades and tenant fitout works.
• Facilities Management including proactive building service maintenance programmes.
• Co-ordination of insurances.
• Management of financial accounts and regular client reporting.
