Robert Anderson (Manager – South Island)

MNZPI; AREINZ

Rob Anderson joined Thompson Wentworth in 2003 as Senior Property Manager and has extensive experience in all facets of the property profession including; commercial, industrial & shopping centre management, leasing, and retail consultancy

Prior to joining Thompson Wentworth, Rob spent seven years in Melbourne as a Commercial Property Manager before moving to Christchurch where he was responsible for setting up the Asset and Retail Service Departments for another national property services provider.

Some of Robert’s achievements have included the successful sale negotiations for several large buildings and developments plus many rent reviews and lease renewal agreements. Robert also specialises in the co-ordination of multi-tenanted office buildings during refurbishment works, sourcing suitable retail sites for national and international retail chains, implementing strategies for enhancing building profitability and successful redevelopment strategies of commercial property

 

Alistar Ferguson (Body Corporate Manager)

Alistair has more than 25 years property management experience having undertaken extensive property work for LandCorp, Railways, PGC Wrightson and also on his own account. Alistair is well versed in Body Corporate affairs and has a detailed understanding of the requirements and processes of the new Unit Titles Act. Alistair joined Thompson Wentworth’s Christchurch office in 2010.

 

Andre Thompson (Property Manager)

Andre graduated from the University of Canterbury with a Property Project Management degree, and has a Valuation and Property Management degree from Lincoln University. Andre has extensive experience in building development, plus building facilities and property management. Andre is based in our Christchurch office.

 

Hannah Smith (Body Corporate Manager)

Hannah graduated from Victoria University with a BA (Hons). Hannah is based in our Wellington office focusing on Property facilities management and contractor quality control.

 

Kate Percy (Body Corporate Manager)

Kate graduated from Otago University with degrees in law and marketing. Before leaving New Zealand to work overseas in 2008, Kate practiced property law as a commercial solicitor in a Christchurch based law firm. Kate has extensive experience in all property dealings and transactions, and has a detailed appreciation of the requirements and process of new Unit Titles Act. Kate joined Thompson Wentworth on her return to New Zealand and is based in our Wellington office.

 

Sue Grainger (Body Corporate Manager)

Sue has extensive property experience, most notably in the role as National property and facilities Manager at Telstra Clear since 1993. Sue is well versed in all aspects of Unit Title developments and body corporate secretarial requirements, as well as an extensive history in negotiating leases and managing property assets in commercial buildings.
